Nature of Job:  Field

Graduation Only | 1 yr to 4 yrs exp  | 21 – 35 yrs age only | Male OnlyCandidates need to sell Insurance/mutual funds,Demat account on filed And need to Generate their own Leads (it’s a B2C process)

Focus on business development across  all products to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved customer loyalty.

Achievement of product-wise targets across all products.

Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new Retails & HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.

Ensuring regular availability of Research material and inputs to the client .

Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients and provide financial solution on their investment needs.

Follow sales process and input of daily activity in CRM systems.

Regular contact with all mapped clients through weekly / monthly calls.

Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified.

Ensure compliance through regular process checks and self-audit scores.
