Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager, Store
Location: Nashik
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Commerce or similar graduation course having exposure on Inventory Management and Store Handling.
Application for the post of Assistant Manager, Store
Roles and Responsibilities
- Â Ensure GRN as per material movement.
- Â Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools
- Â Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory on six monthly and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned.
- Â Monitoring of routine MRP items & critical production related bottle neck items and its reporting
- Â Have seamless communication with all internal stake holders like Purchase, Production, Inhouse Manufacturing, Finance, Design, etc.
- Â Preparing reports like monthly/weekly MIS, reporting deviations and control measures
- Â Create and Follow SOP for material storage and movement part code wise
- Â Inventory & Ware house management
- Â Lead store department
Knowledge / Skills:
- Â Knowledge on stores best practices like 5S
- Â Inventory management expertise to manage multiple type of components
- Â Sound communication skills withing cross functional team
- Â Taking ownership for all store activities
- Â Responsible for physical stock checking/variance as per timelines
-  Knowledge on process management through Oracle like daily gate pass, store inward entry  GRN/SRN, MRP etc.
- Â Fair techno-commercial knowledge in mechanical components, brought out items, hygiene items, basic min-max items etc
- Â Should have fair idea of purchase process & logistics
- Â Good knowledge on MS Excel
